When is my card charged?
Your card is charged immediately when you confirm your order — not when it ships. If your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, a full refund is issued promptly.
Do you store my card details?

Are there extra fees for any payment method?
No. We do not charge surcharges or processing fees for any payment method. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no surprises.
My payment was declined. What should I do?

How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 days to post the credit to your account.
