Because many of our products are handwoven by artisans, slight variations in color, weave pattern, texture, and dimensions are natural characteristics of handcrafted goods — not defects. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not grounds for return unless the item is materially different from its description.

All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable product costs. Prices do not include shipping charges or applicable sales tax, which are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Pricing Accuracy

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error — whether due to a typographical error, technical issue, or other cause — we reserve the right to cancel any affected orders and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your payment details and try again, or contact your bank or card issuer for assistance. We are not responsible for any fees your bank may charge in connection with a declined transaction.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, changes and cancellations can only be made before the order has been dispatched. • Express Shipping: $25 flat rate, 1–2 business days. Order cutoff: 2:00 PM ET

• We ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states and US territories
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The key terms are:

• We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on eligible items
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning any item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
• Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error
• Items damaged by the customer, used, or returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of S & M Home Organization LLC to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of the Site or purchase of products exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim giving rise to liability.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and S & M Home Organization LLC shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. You waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and any objection that such courts are an inconvenient forum.

We believe most disputes can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@smhomeorganization.shop and provide a written description of the dispute, the relief sought, and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

Informal Resolution First

Both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally before resorting to formal legal action. This process is a condition precedent to any arbitration or litigation.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Gwinnett County, Georgia, or virtually at the discretion of the arbitrator.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. Additionally, claims within the jurisdiction of small claims court may be brought in that court.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will:
