S & M Home Organization LLC was founded on a simple idea: your home should work for you. Not against you. Every drawer left open, every overflowing shelf, every lost item — they add a quiet friction to daily life that, over time, wears you down.
We started this company in 2018 in Lawrenceville, Georgia, because we felt that friction personally. We wanted storage that didn't just function — but that was beautiful enough to leave out, refined enough to complement any room, and honest enough to last.
That's what S & M Home Organization is: a carefully curated collection of handwoven baskets and storage pieces that bring genuine calm and order to the spaces you live in every day.
Born from a desire for a quieter home.
In 2018, Santos Cruz founded S & M Home Organization LLC in Lawrenceville, Georgia — not as a corporate venture, but as a deeply personal one. After years of searching for storage solutions that were both functional and genuinely beautiful, and coming up empty, the answer was to build something better.
The early days were simple. A small collection of handwoven baskets. A focus on natural materials — rattan, seagrass, paper rope — chosen for the way they age, the way they feel, and the warmth they bring to a room. Word spread quietly, one home at a time.
Today, S & M Home Organization remains family-owned and independently operated. We haven't chased scale for its own sake. We've chased quality — in every material, every weave, every piece we decide to carry. Because we believe the things you bring into your home deserve to be chosen with the same care you'd give to anything that matters.

Three things we never compromise on.
Honest Quality
We only carry pieces we would put in our own home. Every basket is evaluated for material quality, construction integrity, and how it will look and feel two years from now — not just the day it arrives.
Real Customer Care
When you contact S & M Home Organization, a real person answers. We respond to every message within one business day and we don't consider a problem resolved until you do. No bots. No scripts.
Intentional Curation
We don't try to carry everything. We carry the right things. A small, considered collection means every product has earned its place — and every purchase you make is one we stand behind completely.
A registered, transparent business.
We believe trust starts with transparency. Here are the facts about who we are and how we operate.
"To bring calm, warmth, and quiet order to the modern home — one considered piece at a time."
We measure our success not in volume shipped but in the feeling a customer gets when they look at their shelf, their bathroom, their entryway — and feel genuinely settled. That's what we're building toward, every day, from Lawrenceville, Georgia.
What we carry
and why.
Every category in our store exists because we identified a genuine gap — beautiful, well-made storage at a fair price, in the styles that actually work in a modern home.
